Northeast Atlanta is composed of DeKalb, Gwinnett, Hall, North Fulton, and Forsyth counties. DeKalb County is diverse with thriving education and cultural arts communities. Gwinnett County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state due to its booming economy. Hall County is home to Lake Lanier, one of Atlanta's most popular attractions. The North Fulton County area includes upscale communities of Sandy Springs, Roswell, Mountain Park and Alpharetta. North Fulton has experienced phenomenal growth during the last decade and has become one of the most popular addresses in Atlanta. Cumming and Forsyth County are located just North of the city. New home subdivisions are demanding new schools, retail shopping centers, and commercial industry. Atlanta offers more house for your dollar than most metro areas.
